Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you can get a refund

You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of payment and have not used the course, meaning you have not watched any lesson or downloaded any course file.

How to request

Email omar@omarsacademy.com or WhatsApp +968 9541 7357 with the email you enrolled with and the payment date. No reason is needed.

When the money is returned

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original card or payment method, usually within 7–14 working days depending on the issuing bank. Course access ends when the refund is made.

Not eligible

• More than 14 days after payment.
• After you have started using the course (watched a lesson or downloaded a file), since digital content counts as delivered once used.
• When the Terms are breached, e.g. account sharing or republishing lessons.

No access or technical problems

If you never received access, or lessons cannot play because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix, you get a full refund even after 14 days.

Duplicate or wrong charges

Any duplicate or wrong charge is refunded in full after verification.

Cancellation

The course is a one-time payment with no recurring subscription, so there are no future charges to cancel.
